Challanges

Biroja Tehnikas Eksperts is a business technology company that manages printer sales, maintenance, rentals and supplies throughout Latvia.


Their daily operations, order management, invoicing, courier coordination, inventory tracking and customer communication were scattered across data tables, emails and separate tools.


The lack of a centralized system created real operational problems. Branch managers did not have a clear overview of daily sales volumes, unpaid invoices or service requests. Order information was buried in email correspondence, so it was easy to miss time-sensitive requests from customers such as municipalities and educational institutions. Courier tasks were manually listed, and there was no way to monitor delivery status or workload distribution online.


As the company grew and attracted more customers in Kuldīga, Riga and other locations, the existing workflow simply could not keep up. They needed a custom CRM platform that would centralize all business operations in one app, as well as a professional website to present the new product at an industry trade show.

Solution

We designed a complete CRM platform from scratch that covers every critical workflow the BTE team uses on a daily basis.


A central dashboard gives branch managers an instant overview of what’s most important: today’s sales, subscription revenue, outstanding invoices, courier activity, and the latest news, all at a glance without having to click through multiple screens.


We developed a comprehensive order flow where every incoming request is registered with customer information, shipping address, item items, prices, and status tracking. Service requests are directly linked to customer records and product documentation. A built-in communication system replaces the need for separate chat tools.


The entire design was developed in both light and dark themes, giving users the flexibility to work comfortably during long office hours or in low-light conditions. A comprehensive design system was created to maintain a consistent look across every view. Now couriers and branch managers can access orders, customer information and delivery details on their phones. Framer also created a website highlighting the key features of the CRM.
