Challanges
BTE (Biroju Tehnoloģiju Eksperti) is a business technology company managing printer sales, servicing, rentals, and supply delivery across multiple branches in Latvia. Their daily operations, order management, invoicing, courier coordination, inventory tracking, and client communication, were scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools.
The lack of a centralized system created real operational problems. Branch managers had no clear overview of daily sales, outstanding invoices, or service requests. Order details were buried in email threads, making it easy to miss time-sensitive requests from clients like municipal governments and educational institutions. Courier assignments were tracked manually, and there was no way to monitor delivery status or workload distribution in real time.
As the business grew and added more clients across Kuldīga, Rīga, and other locations, the existing workflow simply couldn't keep up. They needed a custom CRM platform that would centralize all business operations into one interface and a professional landing page to present the new product at an industry exhibition.
Challanges

Order details were buried in email threads, making it easy to miss time-sensitive requests from clients like municipal governments and educational institutions. Courier assignments were tracked manually, and there was no way to monitor delivery status or workload distribution in real time.
As the business grew and added more clients across Kuldīga, Rīga, and other locations, the existing workflow simply couldn't keep up. They needed a custom CRM platform that would centralize all business operations into one interface and a professional landing page to present the new product at an industry exhibition.
Solution
We designed a complete CRM platform from scratch covering every critical workflow BTE's team uses daily along with a Framer-built landing page for product launch and marketing.
Dashboard & Overview. The main dashboard gives branch managers an instant snapshot of what matters: today's sales total, subscription revenue, unpaid invoices, courier activity, and recent messages, all visible at a glance without clicking through multiple screens.
Order Management. We designed a comprehensive order flow where every incoming request gets logged with client details, delivery address, product positions, pricing, and status tracking. Orders move through clear stages, New, Processing, Delivered, Completed with color coded labels and assigned team members visible at every step.
Service & Inventory. Service requests are linked directly to client records and product documentation. Each service case includes equipment photos, instruction files, and cost breakdowns, eliminating the back and forth that previously slowed down the repair process.
Task Management. An internal task board tracks assignments across the team with status filters, author tracking, deadlines, and comment threads, replacing the scattered email chains and verbal handoffs that things used to fall through.
Internal Messaging. A built in communication system replaces the need for separate chat tools. Team members can exchange messages, share price quotes, and respond to client-related updates directly within the CRM context.
Light & Dark Mode. The entire interface was designed in both light and dark themes, giving users the flexibility to work comfortably during long office hours or low-light conditions.
Mobile Responsive Design. Field couriers and branch managers can access orders, client details, and delivery information on their phones, a critical feature for a team that's constantly on the move between locations.
Framer Landing Page. To support BTE's exhibition presence, we built a polished landing page on Framer featuring the CRM's key capabilities, a live demo CTA, and a premium dark aesthetic that positions the product as a modern, professional solution.
The result is a unified business management platform that replaced five separate tools with one, giving BTE's team full visibility over sales, service, inventory, and client communication from any device, anywhere.
