Saku Läte is a natural underground water bottled in Estonia that customers can order for their homes and offices nationwide.
Although the brand is well known in Estonia and has more than 20 distribution points across the country, the existing website no longer matched the scale of the business. The content was fragmented between several product categories and the business card style approach made it difficult for the visitor to understand what was actually offered and how to become a customer.
The main problem was the visual language and user journey. Most visitors come with a specific purpose, but the navigation and product pages did not create a direct path to the order. The most important actions were hidden and broke in several places on mobile devices. The difference between B2B and B2C was not clearly communicated on the website.
Solution
We redesigned Saku Läte’s digital experience from scratch, where both office administrators and private customers find a solution just a few clicks away.
The new homepage reveals the brand’s foundation with real product photography. Below it, clear directions allow the visitor to immediately choose the right path. A separate page was created for each service with technical specifications, price, dimensions and clear ordering steps. The entire website was redesigned according to the mobile-first principle, as the majority of private customers place orders directly from their phones.
The result is a modern e-commerce platform that matches Saku Läte’s position as one of Estonia’s leading brands of drinking water and office services. The customer’s path to order has been simplified.
